While you won't see me actively writing themes like incest, non-con, or adult / minor here - I also... don't really care if my mutuals write it? I'm always happy to throw Gavner into new verses & crossovers, even if I'm unfamiliar with your source material... which is the case for 90% of fandoms in the RPC, to be honest.

A naive man, Gavner finds himself extremely trusting of others - even if all signs point towards the fact that he should avoid said individuals.
A bit of a joker - even at inappropriate times.
Extremely extroverted, he’s a social individual who quickly grows bored when he isn’t around others.
Terrible at telling when he's overstayed his welcome. Hints to go away or buzz off fly right over his head - he can often be a bit of a social pest at times.
Feelings-oriented and impulsive. If his emotions are urging him to do something, he’ll do it without second thought.
Very eager to please others, Gavner is willing to go out of his way to do things for people at the drop of a hat, even when it’s risky or unwise for him to do so.
Gavner has no issues shutting off his own morals and acting against them without hesitation if his superiors ask it of him - even if he may strongly disagree with what that may entail.
Gavner lacks stable housing - by choice. Sometimes he'll find a cheap temporary rental, sometimes he'll squat in abandoned buildings, sometimes he'll sleep in alleyways - interactions can take place pretty much anywhere, honestly.
Not at all tech literate. He has an outdated slider phone and can make basic calls and texts, but any conversations about tech beyond that will involve a lot of bluffing from Gavner's end.
In 'vampire years', Gavner is only around 30. A rough lifestyle, combined with periods of deprivation from blood, means his body is physically a few years older than it would be otherwise.
Want your muse to know that Gavner's a vampire? Go for it - you don't have to ask.
Gavner is extremely social, and I am always down to plot pre-established relationships/familiarity.
VAMPIRISM.
Beings once well-feared in the past, in the modern day, most assume that vampires are just fictional movie monsters. Common beliefs on vampires, such as the idea that they're undead or immortal, are simply that - beliefs. Myths.Most literature on vampires tells of the stereotypes - of how a vampire must be invited into homes to enter, how vampires are turned by a bite to the neck - but every now and then, there are books with little bits of true information. Footnotes about certain cultures believing vampires to be identifiable by their scarred fingertips, to the suggestion that perhaps not all vampires are fanged.That is to say - there are those who are aware of the true nature of vampires.
NO FANGS. Instead, his nails are naturally sharp - able to cleanly break skin when it comes time to feed.
FEEDING. Gavner must consume human blood to survive - deprived of it, he'll grow weak. Generally Gavner tries to feed weekly, but he can go up to a month without feeding. He cannot subsist on blood alone; he must eat regular food, too - and animal blood does nothing for his body's needs. Gavner doesn't harm those he feeds from, only taking what he needs. He is more parasitic than predatory.
SUNLIGHT. His skin will burn if exposed to the sun for more than hour, but he can withstand short periods in sunlight. 4-5 hours of exposure will likely prove fatal.
BODY. He's durable, but can still succumb to injury as any human can. A stake to the heart will kill him - but so will severe wounds.
SALIVA. Has healing properties - able to rapidly close wounds, leaving a small scar.
TRANSFORMATIONS. Can't turn into a bat, nor a wolf, nor a rat - but he thinks it would be cool if he could!
HYPNOSIS. Very weak. Gavner tends not to use it - besides, he's not very good at it.
AGE. NOT IMMORTAL. He ages slowly, but will inevitably succumb to death. His physical body ages by roughly 1 year for every 10 that pass. Extended deprivation from blood will age him by years in the span of a few months.
ALIVE. NOT UNDEAD. He has a pulse, albeit on the slower side. His body temperature is a tad low.
NATURE. NOT DEMONIC, NOT UNHOLY. He can enter churches, and he's not repelled by crosses, garlic, nor holy water.
PRESENCE. Casts a shadow, has a reflection. Doesn't appear in photos or videos, the best one would get is a vague, blurry form.
BOUNDS. Can enter homes without an invite, even if it would be rude to do so. Can cross running water.
BLOODING. Vampirism isn't spread through bites - but through a ritual which involves mixing the vampire's blood with a human's, through cuts made in their respective fingertips. There's responsibility which comes which such act, and Gavner has little interest in dealing with it.
STERILE. All of his kind are - as such, every vampire in the clan were once human.
In verses where vampires aren't established, or where Gavner's type of vampirism is the predominant - or only - type? Gavner is a shining example of your run of the mill vampire.When it comes to interacting with other vampire muses, because I don't want to juggle 20 different verses for every type of vampirism there is, Gavner... stays the same. He describes himself as a 'vampire' as it's the closest term to whatever the hell he is, but he most certainly isn't a 'true' vampire, and has few - if any - social ties to the predominant species of true vampires. What else would you call a nocturnal man who drinks the blood of humans, anyways?
REGULAR VERSES.
I play it pretty loose with my timelines - so don't feel intimidated if anything doesn't line up with when your muse's present is! While in reality Gavner's interactions should typically take place in the 90's, I'm happy to tweak things and throw him into the modern day.

A high-ranking vampire from a society deeply hidden from humankind, Gavner finds himself intermingling with humanity as he maneuvers within - and adapts to - an ever-changing world.

Barely 20 years old, barely knowing who he is, this chipper-yet-cautious half-vampire is trying his best to re-adapt to 'normal' life in the human world.

Gavner was murdered. His body was shoved in a crevasse, hauled out, and cremated in front of hundreds.So why is he back, so long after so many people saw his bones ground to ash? And this man with Gavner's body and Gavner's voice... is he even Gavner?

Known nuisance & wanted vampire with a bounty on his head in more villages than he can count. A tad bit more willing to murder than any modern-day vampire is. He's convinced that one day soon, vampires will be the dominant species - and he's just biding his time until that happens.

Gavner works as a body-for-hire, escorting individuals through potentially dangerous areas. His reputation is a mixed bag that leans towards two extremes.Those who he's worked for speak only praise of him ; he's proven himself more than willing to throw himself into harm's way to protect his clients.Those who are vaguely familiar with him tend to find him untrustworthy. He's too friendly, too social, too willing to help others. He dodges questions, he's shady. Clearly ulterior motives are at play with his behaviour...
CROSSOVER VERSES.

Raised in Kalos, Gavner's long life means that he's well-versed with the region's history. In the current day, Gavner spends much of his time in Galar and Kalos, working both as security-for-hire and as a ( somewhat shady ) move tutor. Notably, he lacks a team - for it goes against his clan's customs - but he excels with his work despite that.

A very chatty member of the Security Corps, Gavner's reliability is undermined by his tendency to slack off on his shifts. As he's one of few members who willingly works night shifts, his slacking is often overlooked.
